Pricing & revenue
How prices are set, how the platform fee works, and when payouts arrive.
Revenue split
Node Data takes 25% of every sale. The remaining 75% goes to the seller. The split is identical for one-time purchases, subscriptions, and usage-based inference.

Stripe processing fees
Payouts
Payouts run on a rolling 7-day clearing window via Stripe Connect. The first payout requires identity verification on the seller's Connect account.
- Cadence — daily, weekly, or monthly (configurable)
- Currency — pays in the bank account's native currency; FX handled by Stripe
- Minimum — $1.00 to trigger an automatic payout
- Manual — request an on-demand payout once per day from the dashboard
Taxes
Node Data collects and remits sales tax, VAT, and GST in jurisdictions where we are registered as a marketplace facilitator. Sellers receive the net amount; tax documents are generated at year end and surface in the dashboard.
Refunds and chargebacks
Buyers have 14 days to request a refund on a one-time purchase that has not been downloaded. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and prorate to the end of the current period.
Chargebacks are passed through. Sellers receive a notification and have 7 days to respond with evidence.
Reporting
The dashboard at /dashboard shows live revenue, MRR for subscription listings, top assets, and a downloadable CSV ledger. The same data is available via GET /v1/payouts and GET /v1/balance_transactions.
