Under the standard licence you are the only buyer while the set is running and you take delivery first; afterwards the clips may be licensed by others, which is why the rate is what it is. Read the buyer terms and the acceptance criteria.

Buying an existing dataset or model instead? Those are priced by their creator and listed on the marketplace; the platform split is on the pricing page.

Licence and exclusivity

The standard licence is perpetual, worldwide and non-exclusive. Suppressing re-listing, or genuine exclusivity, is priced separately.
